Parameters
Filters have standard frames with smooth structure without flanges. Block filter media consists of narrow mini-pleat folds with thermoplastic separators. This ensures highly efficient air filtration in the lowest possible resistance. According to the desired flow rate, the frames of size 68 mm are possible to use them for the folds with depth media from 1" to 2", for more depth, media of size 150 mm can be used. Filters can be fitted with a protective mesh for protection when handling media and according to the customer's requirements, they are provided with dry endless polyurethane seal on the input or output side of the filter.
These filters of frame depth of 150 mm and higher, can be made in Al separation. The filters are tested at the factory to be defectless and it is possible to perform the scan test including the Protocol, if the customer´s request is desired.
Use
Clean areas, laminar boxes and everywhere where a high degree of filtration is needed.
