Z-LINE ePM10 75 % (F7)

100% polyester frame:

Dear customers, we have launched the production of Z-line filters in frames made of 100% polyester. The heat-bonded filter media is fixed to the frame using hot melt adhesive on an automated production line. We currently manufacture filters in this design exclusively in heights of 48 and 96 mm in series of 20 pieces of the same size. The advantages of this design include significantly lower weight, moisture resistance, dimensional stability, low pressure drop and, last but not least, the fact that the frame material is capable of air permeability at 200 Pa to 750 l/m2/s.

Once the filters are clogged, they are completely replaced with new ones. Used filters can be disposed of in incinerators or controlled landfills.
