Paint room filters

Different types of pocket filters, flat filters, panel filters, compact filters and Z-line filters are used in paint shops and spray booths and are supplied according to customer specifications. Among other things, different types of filter materials are used in paint shops for floor filters, ceiling filters and pre-filters made of synthetic and fiberglass. We manufacture according to the new ISO 16890 standard (formerly EN 779:2012)

Sample filters for paint shops

Floor filters

PSG floor filters are designed to remove paint particles in spray booths and paint shops. They are made of glass fibres (irregularly arranged) in filtration classes G2 - G4.

Ceiling filters

Ceiling filters designed for ceiling exhaust spaces in spray booths and paint shops. They are made of polyester fibers that are impregnated with an impregnating agent to bind dust. They are fitted with a reinforcing grid on the outlet side.

Prefilters

Polyesterové filtrační materiály vyrobené z netkaných vláken. Používají se jako předfiltr prvního stupně do odsávacích stěn.
