Absolute filters correspond to the use according to EN 1822 and are intended for installation in all types of air conditioning equipment with a temperature resistance up to 100 °C.
For filters in the minipleat version, we offer a frame made of MDF, galvanized steel, plastic, Al sheet or Al profile. The filter medium is laminated on both sides and is made of submicron glass fleece with 100% hydrophobicity. For these absolute filters, media depths of various dimensions can be produced, installed in frames and thus filters with different flow rates can be obtained. Other depths, including atypical frame dimensions, can be supplied on request. Filters with Al separation are usually produced from a depth of 150 mm to 292 mm. With Al separation, uniform air flow is ensured by aluminum separators. The filter block, both with Al separation and with minipleat, is embedded in the filter frame with two-component PUR adhesive. Filters in metal or aluminum frames can be produced with a flange (collar) on one or both sides at the customer's request. When ordering, the outer dimensions of the frame including the collar are specified. At the customer's request, the filters can be equipped with protective grilles on one or both sides.
