Pocket filters

Our pocket filters are manufactured in filtration classes G3 to F9 using synthetic filter media in accordance with EN ISO 16890 (formerly EN 779:2012).

Individual filter pockets are sewn on an automated KSL sewing line, ensuring consistent pocket geometry and taper throughout the filter. The pockets are joined at the leading edges and secured within a rigid plastic frame using ABS profiles. Fully plastic filter constructions comply with stringent hygiene requirements for applications in the food processing industry, pharmaceutical production, optical manufacturing, and electronics manufacturing. Pocket media can also be installed in galvanized steel frames, which are suitable for elevated-temperature applications and for antistatic pocket filters.

Pocket filters can also be manufactured on an automated production line utilizing ultrasonic welding technology. Filter classes M6, F7, F8 and F9 are available with welded pockets.

Our product range also includes pocket filters made from non-woven glass fibre media. These filters are available in filtration classes M5, M6, F7 and F9 and are supplied with galvanized steel frames. Their key advantage is a high dust-holding capacity for fine particulate matter combined with low initial pressure drop.

In addition to standard dimensions, we also manufacture custom-sized pocket filters according to customer requirements.

Our portfolio further includes high-strength pocket filters in filtration classes G3 to F7, designed for applications requiring enhanced mechanical durability and resistance to demanding operating conditions.
