Pocket filters

Pocket filters we produce the filters in filtration G3 - F9 according to EN ISO 16890 (previously EN 779).

Individual pockets are sewn at automated KSL sewing center, where the conic shape of all pockets is guaranteed.For connecting the pockets by leading edges and an allocation in strength plastic frame are used plastic profiles from ABS material. All-plastic filters meet the high hygiene standards, when deploying in the food processing industry, pharmaceuticals, opto engineering and in the manufacture of electronic components. The pockets can be inserted even inmetal ZN frames, which are used in devices with increased temperature and in pocket filters in an anti-static design.

It is also possible to produce the pocket filters on new automated welding line for an ultrasound welding. Filters M6, F7, F8 and F9 are supplied also with welded pockets.

In addition to the unified dimensions, we produce the pocket filters with atypical dimensions as well.
