Z-LINE ePM10 60% (M5)

100% polyester frame:

Dear customers, we have launched the production of Z-line filters in frames made of 100% polyester. The heat-bonded filter media is fixed to the frame using hot melt adhesive on an automated production line. We currently produce filters in this design in heights of 20 - 100 mm in series of 25 pieces of the same size. The advantages of this design include significantly lower weight, moisture resistance, dimensional stability and low pressure drop.

Once the filters are clogged, they are completely replaced with new ones. Used filters can be disposed of in incinerators or controlled landfills.
