M6 filters are used in filtration and air conditioning equipment, hospital rooms, office buildings, telephone exchanges, optics, air inlets to spray booths.

M6 panel filters made of glass fibre media are available in two versions: minipleat and aluminium separator.
For the minipleat version, pleat heights from 20 to 200 mm are available and can also be installed in frames with greater depths. Uniform airflow is ensured by hot-melt separators.
Filters with aluminium separators are typically manufactured in frame depths ranging from 150 to 292 mm. In this design, uniform airflow is ensured by aluminium separators.
The filter pack, both in the aluminium separator and minipleat versions, is sealed into the filter frame using a two-component PUR adhesive.
Filters with galvanized steel or aluminium frames can be manufactured with a flange on one or both sides upon customer request. When ordering, the external frame dimensions including the flange must be specified.
Upon request, filters can be fitted with protective grid meshes on one or both sides.
The filters are incinerable and may also be disposed of in accordance with local regulations for municipal waste disposal.
