We manufacture grease filters in aluminum design and they are mainly intended for capturing grease particles in food processing plants. However, the filters are also installed in industrial plants – steelworks, metal welding shops, and areas with excessive amounts of oil aerosol. The filters also capture sparks during grinding and cutting of metal materials.
Product description
An aluminum mesh is inserted into the aluminum profile in several layers.
The inlet and outlet sides of the filter are protected by aluminum expanded metal. For greater filter depths, a support core is inserted into the center of the filter.
The dimensions and depth of the filter are determined by the customer. The filter depth is manufactured in a range from 8 mm to 150 mm.
For perfect operation, grease filters must be kept clean. When clogged, the filters are washed in hot water with effective detergents or a soda solution.
If the filters are irreversibly damaged, they must be disposed of at a metal waste collection point.
