Polyurethane foam filter materials

Polyurethane foam with a calibrated cell structure and fully open pores produced by thermal reticulation. The material functions as a mechanical filter for airborne contaminants. PPI (pores per inch) defines the number of pores per inch and is used to characterize the foam's pore density. Polyurethane foam is commonly used in HVAC systems, air-conditioning equipment, automotive filtration, and other industrial applications.

Current product range:

PPI 10: thicknesses 5 mm and 10 mm
PPI 30: thicknesses 5 mm and 10 mm
