Product use

Filtration of exhaust air from mechanical impurities and harmful gases in welding areas. We manufacture cylindrical and plate filters in a non-flammable design for the filtration of mechanical impurities. These filters can be supplemented with filtration for the capture of harmful gases.

Product description

Paper air filters - pleated

They are made of impregnated paper, also available in a self-extinguishing version on request. Permeability from 50 to 850 l/m2/s at a pressure drop of 200 Pa. Filtration capacity from 3 µm to 30 µm.

Polyester air filters - pleated

They are made of polyester filter materials with various parameters (also in oil- and water-repellent versions). Air permeability from 150 to 1100 l/m2/s at a pressure drop of 200 Pa. Filtration capacity from 1 µm to 30 µm.

Antistatic polyester air filters - pleated

They are made of polyester filter materials in an antistatic design. Air permeability from 150 to 300 l/m2/s at a pressure drop of 200 Pa Filtration capacity from 3 µm to 5 µm

Polyester air filters with PTFE membrane - pleated

They are made of filter polyester with a Teflon membrane that prevents mechanical particles from penetrating the filter material - higher efficiency, longer service life. Air permeability from 30 to 150 l/dm2/min at a pressure drop of 200 Pa. Filtration capacity less than 1 µm.
