Hepa filter H14
EN ISO 29463
(ČSN EN 1822)
Hepa filters H14 are used in clean rooms, laminar boxes, and wherever a high degree of filtration is required.
Product description
The HEPA filters are available in two versions: minipleat and aluminium separator construction.
In the minipleat version, pleat heights ranging from 20 to 200 mm are available. The filter pack can also be installed in frames with greater depths. Uniform airflow distribution is ensured by means of hot-melt bead separators.
Filters with aluminium separators are typically manufactured with frame depths ranging from 150 mm to 292 mm. In this design, uniform airflow distribution is ensured by aluminium separators positioned between the pleats.
In both the aluminium separator and minipleat versions, the filter pack is sealed into the frame using a two-component polyurethane (PUR) adhesive.
Filters with galvanized steel or aluminium frames can be supplied, upon customer request, with a mounting flange (collar) on one side or on both sides. When ordering, the overall frame dimensions including the flange must be specified. Upon request, the filters can also be fitted with protective grilles on the upstream side, downstream side, or on both sides.
The filters are incinerable or may be disposed of at an approved municipal waste landfill site.
